Returns and Exchanges

If you've changed your mind about your purchase, please return it in its original condition with proof of purchase within 90 days of receiving your order and we'll exchange or refund it according to our policy:

  • A full refund (or exchange) will be provided on any item returned to us with 90 days, for any reason.
  • Returns made after 90 days or damaged items will not be eligible for a refund.
  • All items must be in a re-sellable, unsoiled and unworn, except MDC stirrups, which are covered by a separate guarantee (see MDC product page for details.)
  • All items must be packaged carefully to prevent them being damaged in transit.
  • You are responsible for the item(s) until they arrive at our returns location (address below).

**Please ensure “Sheep Walk Lane” is included on the return address on the parcel (some courier systems omit this line when using the Post Code to locate the address.)

Once we receive your return, it will be processed and a full refund will be issued as per our policy. If you wish to exchange the item we will send out the exchange free of charge. We advise to allow 14 working days for all exchanges or refunds to be processed. If for any reason your item is faulty or you have any other questions please email hello@glazeandgordon.com
